Like to make your projects macro-sized instead of micro-sized? Try bowling ball ladybugs from Fresh Home.
If you like to use found items in your crafts, take a look at these plastic lid ladybugs from Crafts by Amanda. Turn some trash into treasure!
The lovely ladybug pic comes from PD Photo.

We've made it to another Friday -- breathe a sigh of relief -- and the Pendleton truck has once again delivered the goods. 300 pounds of fuzzy selvage goods, to be precise.
Have a lovely weekend!

We were pretty excited when Ruth stopped by last month to show off her incredible wearable art -- bracelets, necklaces, pins, and hair clips done in mixed media. It was hard to resist touching and trying them on! Click on any of the pictures to get a larger view.
Cally modeled a few favorites for us. You might recognize some of the fabric from the scrap bins at the Woolen Mill Store. Some of the pieces are lined with remnants from colorful silk ties from the thrift store. The embellishments -- buttons, beads, and up-cycled jewelry -- are often thrift store finds as well!
A necklace-in-progress. It will be strung on a chain with a matching chiffon ribbon wound through the links. Simply gorgeous!
